Deep Tissue / Myofascial Release at its best! This is a Therapeutic Modality used to treat specific issues or conditions. It CAN be a Full Body session, but is usually focused on specific areas of the body that require specific attention.
Deep Tissue/Myofascial Release is normally done with little to no lubrication; and relies on the natural oils in our skin as lubricant. This is what allows for change in the fascia, and makes interface at the neuromuscular level possible. Enjoy a session and begin or continue your journey to a healthier body.
