Dynamic Bodyworks will be at the 8th Annual Keep Austin Weird Fest & 5K! We will be providing FREE CHAIR MASSAGE sameples, product sales, FREE Pre-Run & Post-Run bodywork to any of the 5K runners, as well as FREE Postural Analysis' and Pain Management Consultations!

Unofficially known to some as "the slowest 5K you'll ever run," the 8th Annual Keep Austin Weird 5K is an experience you'll never forget. As you waddle, wade, paddle, or slither your way down a course through the heart of downtown Austin, you'll enjoy various fun stops along the way. Don't forget to wear your weird costume! The 5K starts @ 7pm!

The Last Thursday of each month, Mangia Pizza's, Mesa and Spicewood Springs location will have Massage Therapists from Dynamic Bodyworks in house! Dynamic Bodyworks's Therapists will be doing FREE CHAIR MASSAGE, FREE Postural Analysis' & Pain Management Consultations, and Answering Bodywork questions to anyone interested. We will have specials on massages and bodywork, and Mangia has Super Happy Hour as usual. Be sure you don't miss out!

FIGHT for Air Climb!

One of the most unique events in Austin! On May 15, 2010, hundreds of people huffed and puffed their way to the top of the Frost Bank Tower for a great cause. This was more than your same-old 5K. This event was a vertical race to climb 30 stories. Whether climbing for a winning time or simply to cross the finish line, in honor or in memory of someone with lung disease, this event was a great way to challenge yourself physically. We guarantee that all finishers will have a newfound respect for healthy lungs!

Dynamic Bodyworks was on site providing bodywork and client education. There will be two therapists on the ground level doing prep work for the runners; and two more on the 31st floor handling recovery work. We will also be doing Free Postural Analysis' for anyone interested in finding out more about how they are currently using their bodies, and how they can make it perform better. FREE MASSAGE on the 31st Floor! See you all there!

Ladies' Night Out!

The Dance Institute is at it again, with this years' First Ladies' Night Out. Bring your friends for a great time. There will be wine tasting/samples from a local maker, FREE CHAIR MASSAGE and Postural Analysis' by Dynamic Bodyworks, and FREE Salsa & Zumba Classes with the room.

The Dance Institute has been our favorite place to attend events so far. GREAT staff and facility. Come enjoy a variety of good things all in one place. The Dance Institute!

Dance Institute's Winter Fitness Open House

Start the new year off right with us NEXT Saturday! Dynamic Bodyworks will be at the Winter Fitness Open House to provide FREE Chair Massage & Postural/Structural Analysis' to all those interested. A Postural/Structural Analysis will help you, and your therapist, trainers, and instructors by showing you structural imbalances in your body. Therapists and trainers can use these types of notes to better create a treatment plan, and bring you the most results, at the fastest rate, while helping Prevent Injury. We hope to see you all there.

31st Annual Decker Challenge

Dynamic Bodyworks will be at the 31st Annual Decker Challenge, brought to you by the Austin Runners Club, December 6th, 2009. We will be providing FREE Massage & Bodywork to all event participants and staff, as well as diagnostic information. Please come by our area and get warmed up with a sample of some of the best bodywork Austin has to offer. We hope to see you all there!

Brown Santa 5K

The Travis County Wellness Committee, in association with the Austin Runners Club, is sponsoring the 6th Annual Brown Santa 5K Run/Walk and Kids K. Dynamic Bodyworks will be at the event providing FREE Massage & Bodywork to all event participants and staff. The Brown Santa races will be held at the Travis County Exposition Center and proceeds will benefit the Travis County Sherrif's Brown Santa project. This event is the same day and location of the Decker Challenge listed above.

Open House/Happy Hour

Dynamic Bodyworks just moved into our new location. We had our studio open to all those interested to see our new space, have a glass of wine or beer, and get a sample of our two new therapists' work. We had a great time with everyone that came. We hope to see you all at our next event!

Dance Institute's Ladies' Night

Dynamic Bodyworks has teamed up with the Dance Institute for a number of the Ladies' Night social events. We provide free chair massage to all those that are interested, in the midst of wine tasting and dance class samples with the room. The Dance Institutes' Social events are a great time and come highly recommended.
