Lateness:

Clients are requested to save time by downloading and filling out our Intake Form before coming in. Our Intake Form can be downloaded HERE. Clients arriving late with be billed for the full session and treated for the remainder of the time.

Cancelation/No-Show:

All clients are required to give 24 hours advance notice of cancelation or reschduling of any massage session or pay the No-Show/Cancelation Fee ($40). Clients can also find a friend to take their session at the same time and rate, and will not be charged if THEY (client), fill the space. Our time together is important; please value it as much as we do.

All sessions are confirmed by EMAIL automatically by our system. In case of an emergency, client or therapist, the session may be rescheduled based on a mutual agreement.

Booking - Gender & Therapist Preferences

When book an appointment over the phone or online, PLEASE let us know if you have a Gender Preferrence or Preferred Therapist. If nothing is marked or noted in the notes section or customer file, we reserve the right to move your appointment to another therapist in order to balance the schedule or make any adjustments need by our end.

Social Marketing Deals

All Social Marketing Deals (Living Social, Groupon, ect) are done with the clients in mind! ALL of the social marketing deals have rules and restrictions, available to you ON the voucher and website it was purchased from. It is the client's responsibility to read and abide by these rules. ALL, are ONE PER PERSON, no execptions.

Sickness:

Dynamic Bodyworks recognizes that both therapists' and clients' are vulnerable to illnesses and infections and are asked to reschedule an appointment if they are not well. If a client has any of the following contagious illnesses the appointment will be rescheduled:

Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp, Scabies, Shingles, Poison Oak/Ivy, Thrush, Whooping Cough and the Common Cold.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Gift Certificates and Online Payments are available. Gift Certificates, Spa Finder Gift Certificates and Gift Cards can not be used as payment for a Series or Package. Discounts, deals, and coupons may not be used in combination with any other discount, deal, or coupon; only one coupon/deal per treatment. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. (Personal Checks accepted if we know you.) Check with your insurance company to see if your Health Savings Account (HSA) will cover massage & bodywork!

Refunds:

Refunds will be granted in the case of a mistake or typo when taking payment. We can only refund and re-stock un-opened and un-used products. We do not refund payments for a service, series, or package, if the services have begun to be used. We cannot refund a series or package because your preferred therapist is no longer with the company; but your services will still be valid.

Gratuity:

Tips are Never Expected, Greatly Appreciated, and Graciously Accepted. Gratuity has not been added to any service unless otherwise noted. The only services where grauity has been added, are Out-Call Sessions of a Series or Package.

Privacy Policy:

Dynamic Bodyworks believes in keeping accurate records and client information in order to better serve our clients. With the growth of our online activity, we will make every effort to ensure that our clients' personal information will be safeguarded and not be made available to any third parties.

Dynamic Bodyworks collects information when we need to personally identify you. We will collect such information when you, register with our site, schedule an appointment, enter our monthly drawing, fill out a survey, or subscribe to our newsletter. This personal information can include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information, as applicable.
