Guidelines & Policies
Below are the listed guidelines and policies practiced at Dynamic Bodyworks regarding: Lateness, Cancellation, Sickness, Payment, Privacy, and Disclosure. If anything stated in this form is unclear, please contact us for details. We aim to maintain happy clients.
Lateness:
Clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes in advance to fill out or update any paper work and help us maintain our professional standards of being on time. Clients arriving late with be billed for the full session and treated for the remainder of the time. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be rescheduled at the therapist's discretion.
Cancelation:
Clients are required to give 24 hours advance notice of cancelation or pay 60% of the total missed session. Our time together is important; please value it as much as we do. In case of an emergency, client or therapist, the session may be rescheduled based on a mutual agreement.
Sickness:
Dynamic Bodyworks recognizes that both therapists' and clients' are vulnerable to illnesses and infections and are asked to reschedule an appointment if they are not well. If a client has any of the following contagious illnesses the appointment will be rescheduled:
Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp, Scabies, Shingles, Poison Oak/Ivy, Thrush, Whooping Cough and the Common Cold.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Gift Certificates and Online Payments are available. Gift Certificates, Spa Finder Gift Certificates and Gift Cards can not be used as payment for a Series or Package. Discounts, deals, and coupons may not be used in combination with each other; only one coupon/deal per treatment. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. (Personal Checks accepted if we know you.) Check with your insurance company to see if your Health Savings Account (HSA) will cover massage & bodywork!
Gratuity
Tips are Never Expected, Greatly Appreciated, and Graciously Accepted. Gratuity has not been added to any service unless otherwise noted. The only services where grauity has been added, are Out-Call Sessions of a Series or Package.
Privacy Policy:
Dynamic Bodyworks believes in keeping accurate records and client information in order to better serve our clients. With the growth of our online activity, we will make every effort to ensure that our clients' personal information will be safeguarded and not be made available to any third parties.
Dynamic Bodyworks collects information when we need to personally identify you. We will collect such information when you, register with our site, schedule an appointment, enter our monthly drawing, fill out a survey, or subscribe to our newsletter. This personal information can include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information, as applicable.
Disclosure:
Dynamic Bodyworks will not sell, trade, or disclose any personally identifying information to any third parties derived from the purchasing of services from our online storefront. You are safe with us!
